Purple Women presents Purple and Well, a unique class designed to inspire women to grow closer to God, enhance their fitness, and take care of the body God has blessed them with. We invite women of all ages and experience levels to join us for a transformative journey of dance and wellness.

What to Expect:

• Dance to Connect with God: Experience the joy of movement and worship through dance, while building confidence and fitness.
• Health and Wellness Coaching: A certified Nutritional Life Coach will guide you through life-changing tips to nourish and take care of your body.

 February 1st & February 3rd:

• Saturday at 12:30 PM
• Monday at 6:00 PM

How to Join:

• Donation-Based: Participation is by donation, of any amount, to support the mission of Purple Women.
• RSVP Required: When making your donation, please specify which day you would like to attend (Friday at 10 AM or Saturday at 4 PM) in the notes section.

No experience is necessary—just bring your heart and spirit ready to grow!
